Payment Terms

All customs Orders required minimum 50 % deposit non- refundable deposit, and the balance due upon ship-out. The issuance of a deposit constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We built everything to your order and in most cases to your specifications, we do not have any pre-made in stock items.

The Iron Doors does not any charge to your credit card until we notified, and you will do the payment of the balance at shipped or any other payments. 

We also accept wire transfer, cash deposit of the 50 % at order and for the balance accept cash at delivery. This eliminate feeds for all credit card purchases, you save about 3%.  

For any cancellation after the order is placed may result it the loss of all or part of your 50 % deposit.
The Iron Doors. com does not store credit card information on local server all payments charge are by paypal.

Return Polices:
Any item bought thought The Iron Doors.com may be returned for a credit at the receiving delivery Item, only for wrong manufactured process.

The Iron Doors.com will not accept returns and will not offer refunds on custom orders or items with custom finishes.

We accept returns by email or phone call authorized,  the workiron or change finishes will add a cost and will be in queue order.

Shipping cost of return is the sole responsibility of buyer on all items and will be deducted from any returns. Refused shipments will be subject all shipping and handing charges.

If a product is damaged, delays or lost in transit, Buyer must file claim with the carrier

Any extra charges for services requested by the Buyer, i.e., special routing, inside delivery, installation or handling must be paid by buyer.

The Iron Doors.com provides a life time guaranteed on manufactured process from defect on iron material and workmanship, under normal use and condition. Full five years on the barrel hinges iron and insect screens are not guaranteed because rough usage, pets and children can

damage them. However, these parts are easily replaceable.  With a proper handling our Iron Doors will last for many years.

The Iron Doors.com guaranteed to the original consumer purchaser that its furniture will be free defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household used for the original custom. For the finished its one year guaranteed. This warranty does not apply to furniture that has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents or damages whish are caused by improper use. One year guaranteed on finished for all products.

Registration warranty of hardware and finishes in order for purchaser to active the warranty, purchaser must email warranty registration to The Iron Doors .com within thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise.

No agent, employee or representative of the irondoors.com or any other person is authorized to modify this warranty un any respect. This warranty gives you specific legal right and may also have other rights which vary form state to state.

All custom finishes are hand applied due to individual craftsmanship in application, charges in dye lost and whether conditions some slight variations in tone. We cannot guarantee with any certainty that the color represented in a product image on your monitor is exactly as it appears in the physical world “All time look better”.

Our professional installer team is able to provide a lifetime installation guaranteed under normal use and condition. This lifetime guaranteed covers the overall structural.
